What is SBI?
Clark County launched the SBI Program in 1996 in an effort to give underserved youth within the community the opportunity to experience the variety of career choices around them. Over the years, the program was expanded to serve a more diverse student population.
Through collaborative partnerships, interns will be paid $12.00 an hour to work 8-hour days Monday through Wednesday. As part of their internship on Thursdays, interns will learn about financial management and life skills through county-hosted workshops. Additionally, all participants may be eligible for scholarship bonuses at the close of the program.
