Clear the Shelters

Join The Animal Foundation and Telemundo Las Vegas/KBLR. Participate in the nationwide Clear the Shelters pet adoption campaign from Monday, August 1 – Friday, August 25. Adoption fees will be waived for adult animals, six months and older.

You don't need an appointment to adopt a pet. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 11 am. The fee-waived adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines. A $10 license fee may apply.

Can't adopt? You can still help by donating to The Animal Foundation can visit the Greater Good Charities’ donation site during the campaign at ClearTheSheltersFund.org - also be accessible via ClearTheShelters.com.
